Which courses are right for your organisation?

Accessible PDFs from InDesign, 2-day Masterclass

This course is primarily for graphic designers and typesetters using InDesign to create accessible PDFs. It also includes a selection of Acrobat and Adobe Illustrator finishing techniques for the few things that can’t yet be done natively in InDesign. For more information, including a course outline and client testimonials, please see Accessible PDFs from InDesign

Accessible PDFs from Word

All Microsoft Word users in all organisations should be up to speed with the techniques covered in this course, not least because doing it the right (accessible) way is quicker and easier for document producers themselves. It will also result in better quality documents for all readers, not just those with accessibility needs. For more information, including a course outline and client testimonials, please see Accessible PDFs from Word

Accessible PDFs from Acrobat

This course is for those who need to tag pre-existing PDFs from scratch, or who need to evaluate and then bring up to standard partially or poorly tagged PDFs. It includes how to benchmark against standards and how to test PDFs for accessibility for real-world users. For more information, including a course outline and client testimonials, please see Accessible PDFs from Acrobat

Accessible PDF forms

This course is highly flexible in its content in order to meet a wide range of client requirements. It can take from half a day to two full days (the latter, typically in conjunction with the InDesign course). It covers only “Acroforms”. It does not cover LiveCycle Designer forms. For more information, including a course outline and client testimonials, please see Accessible PDF forms

Accessible PDFs from Foxit

This course is for those who need to tag pre-existing PDFs from scratch, or who need to evaluate and then bring up to standard partially or poorly tagged PDFs using the low-cost alternative to Acrobat Pro. It includes how to benchmark against standards and how to test PDFs for accessibility for real-world users. For more information, including a course outline and client testimonials, please see Accessible PDFs from Foxit
