Creating high specification accessible digital documents has long been our bread and butter. We are the UK’s longest-established provider of PDF accessibility services, having specialised in this field since 2003. We have been ebook accessibility specialists since 2012.

Ted specialises in PDF and ebook accessibility across a range of document types from annual reports to books to exam papers. He also runs six different document accessibility training courses. These have been developed over a period of more than 10 years, and cover all aspects of creating accessible PDFs and EPUBs from Adobe InDesign, Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Word, and in testing with multiple assistive technologies (screen readers, screen magnifiers, literacy software solutions, speech recognition and more).
Ted is a former BBC web producer and a former sound engineer for, amongst others, Pink Floyd, The Cure and Joni Mitchell. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics (LSE).
From its creation Sonia Purser has been associated with the Accessible Digital Documents Company and its predecessor business PWS Ltd. She specialises in business management, copywriting, and editing.
Sonia has many years’ experience of arranging professionally accredited training, project management, and event organisation. She has also worked on policy and campaigning issues for bodies such as The Law Society of England and Wales, The National Federation of Women’s Institutes, and the consumer group Which?
While no longer in legal practice, originally Sonia qualified as a solicitor after graduating from King’s College, University of London.
